Best Window To Be Outside
Mornings are the sweet spot this week. Get out to Discovery Park, William Land Park, or the American River Parkway before 10 a.m. while it’s still in the 70s and 80s. No rain is expected here — the Weather Prediction Center’s excessive rainfall outlook today is focused on the Midwest and southern Arizona, not Northern California.
