Forecasters also note patchy fog developing overnight, worsened by residual firework smoke lingering over the Baltimore area, so visibility could drop on I-95 and the Beltway before sunrise clears it out. Monday brings another round, with storms likely near 88°F and a 60% chance of rain, especially between 2 and 5 PM ET.
