Bleachers Forever at Madison Square Garden — Tuesday, June 23 at 7:30 PM ET
Bleachers Forever comes to Madison Square Garden Tuesday night. Once you walk through those doors, it’s all music — but getting there takes a little planning.
Getting There
Tuesday afternoon is going to be wet. The National Weather Service is calling for showers and thunderstorms likely through the afternoon, with a 70% chance of precipitation and a high near 77°F. Winds out of the northwest at 6 to 12 mph will add to the damp feel. The storms are forecast to taper before evening, but wet streets and packed sidewalks around Penn Station will still be in play when you’re heading in.
Give yourself extra time. Post-storm Midtown traffic backs up fast, and MSG security lines stretch on sold-out nights. Aim to arrive by 7:00 PM ET for the 7:30 PM ET start.
Skip the car if you can — Penn Station and the 34th Street subway stops put you right at the door and skip the parking garage markup entirely.
What to Wear Inside
Don’t let the summer temperature fool you — MSG runs cold. If you walked in damp from the commute, the air conditioning will hit harder than you expect. A Bleachers hoodie solves both problems: it’s the right call for the A/C and it doubles as instant fan cred.
Merch and Gear
Merch lines at MSG move slowly and popular items sell out before the opener wraps. Order a Bleachers t-shirt, Bleachers hat, or Bleachers poster ahead of the show and skip the line entirely.
One thing worth tossing in your bag: concert ear plugs high fidelity. They cut the harshest peaks without killing the clarity — vocals and instruments actually come through better than with standard foam plugs.
Practical Tips
- Arrive by 7:00 PM ET — security fills up fast for sold-out nights.
- Clear bag policy: Madison Square Garden enforces bag size restrictions. Check the venue’s guidelines before you pack.
- No re-entry: Most MSG shows don’t allow it. Grab everything you need before you find your seat.
- Subway is your friend: Wet Midtown streets plus post-show crowds make driving a tough sell.
Get there early, get settled, and let the show take it from there.
